If your problem includes technical difficulties, please include your internet browser (IE 7, Firefox, etc), operating system (Windows XP, Mac OSX, etc), and ISP (if applicable). All general comments or suggestions regarding the website or products should be directed to Customer Service. Shipping Information Behavior Buddies, Ltd current ships to all US states and territories as well as Canada and Mexico. Shipping costs are based on the product and total number of units purchased. All Bath Buddies are sent via USPS first class mail for a flat fee of 2.00 per Bath Buddy. Goalkeepers are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please contact us at Customer Service for information about bulk orders of 11 or more.
If you live outside of the US, Canada, or Mexico and would like to order from us, please email Customer Service your name, mailing address, the number of each product you would like to purchase. We will send you an invoice for your order that accounts for international shipping to your location. Returns Thank you for your order. At Behavior Buddies our goal is to provide families with products that can improve their lives. Because we take what we do seriously, we make every effort to provide our customers with all the information they need, both in writing and in pictures so that all customers know exactly what they are getting before deciding to purchase any of our products. However, if after receiving your product you decide it's not right for your family, we will gladly return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If the item you have purchased is defective, please contact us at 614-537-3736 or customerservice@behaviorbuddies.com. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to assist you in replacing the defective item(s). We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
