Behavior Buddies products are different from many other behavior charts because our products were developed with a professional Behavior Consultant. Like a TV Nanny, our behavior consultant works with families in their homes to teach parenting techniques and strategies.

Our Behavior Consultant and co-founder, Amy M. Boland has a master's degrees in developmental psychology a Ph.D in school psychology. A National Certified School Psychologist who works both in a public school system and in a private psychology practice, Amy specializes in working with families with children with developmental disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and speech delays. She also has the added experience of being a mother of two children.

As a working mother, Amy understands the importance of having parenting tools that are structured enough to promote consistency and predictability for children but also flexible enough to become part of a busy family's daily routine. Both Amy and Kim give Behavior Buddies products the most important endorsement of all: they use them with their own children.
